Tom Yam Ayam

Bahan-Bahan
5 ketul ayam
1 labu bawang besar
2 ulas bawang merah
5 cili padi
1 cube tom yam
3 helai daun limau purut
2 biji limau kasturi
1 batang serai
1 batang carrot
1 cauliflower
1 biji buah tomato
Garam, gula dan perasa secukup rasa

Cara Menyediakan
1. Bersihkan ayam dan rebus beserta dengan bawang serai dan cube tom yam
2. Setelah mendidih masukkan carrot
3. Kemudian masukkan cauliflower dan cili padi
4. Perah limau kasturi
5. Setelah dekat masak masukkan tomato
6. Masukkan garam, gula dan perasa secukup rasa.

Cook Fish in Foil

Ingredients Needed to Cook Fish in Foil

•fillets of white fish, like tilapia or cod
•1 white onion
•1 red or orange bell pepper
•1 lemon
•3 tablespoons fresh cilantro
•salt
•black pepper
•chili powder
•1 1/2 minced garlic
•3 tablespoons olive oil

Cut the Aluminum Foil
Preheat a grill at medium-high heat, or preheat the oven at 425 degrees. Cut two large pieces of aluminum foil.
Prepare the Seasonings for the Fish
First prepare the seasoning for the fish. Roughly chop the cilantro and place about 3 tablespoons into a bowl. Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 1/2 half teaspoons of minced garlic.

Roll a lemon to get the juices flowing. Cut the lemon and squeeze one half into the bowl. For additional seasoning, I'm using chili powder. You can also try jerk or Spanish seasoning. With a brush, combine all of the ingredients.
Combine the Fish and Seasonings
Wash the fish fillet and pat it dry. Place the fish in the center of the aluminum foil. Brush the sauce on both sides of the fish.
Cut the Vegetables
Now, cut the vegetables to go with the fish. Cut and seed a red or orange bell pepper. Cut the pepper into thin slices and place a few on top of the fish.

Next, quarter an onion. Remove the skin, and mince it with a chopper or by hand. Add a few tablespoons to the top of the fish. Season the fish lightly with salt and pepper.
Wrap and Cook the Fish in the Foil
Next, make the foil into a packet around the fish. Fold over each side, and crimp the edges over the top of the fish. Fold the sides and seal the packet well.

If you are grilling, cook for 10 minutes on each side. To bake, place the packets on a baking sheet. Place them in the oven and cook about 15 minutes per inch of the filet.
Open the Foil Packets and Serve
When the fish is opaque and the vegetables are tender, remove from heat. Allow the packets to stand for about 5 minutes before opening.

Be careful of the hot steam when you open up the foil. Place the meal on a plate and enjoy!

Ikan Bercili Perisa Tom Yam

Bahan-Bahan
1 ekor ikan bawal
4 ulas bawang merah
2 ulas bawang puteh
10 tangkai cili kering/2 sudu lada mesin Tun
1 cube tom yam
3 helai daun limau purut
1 biji limau kasturi
1 sudu teh serbuk kunyit
Garam, gula dan perasa secukup rasa

Cara Menyediakan
1. Bersihkan ikan dan gaul dengan garam serta serbut kunyit, kemudian goreng.
2. Cili dan bawang di blend.
3. Tumis bahan yang di blend.
4. Perah limau kasturi.
5. Masukkan cube tom yam, garam, gula dan perasa secukup rasa.
6. Masukkan ikan.

Ikan Singgang Pedas

Bahan-Bahan
3 keping ikan tenggiri/kerisi/merah
4 ulas bawang merah
2 ulas bawang puteh
2 biji cili merah/2 sudu lada mesin Tun
1 inci kunyit hidup/serbuk kunyit
1 hiris lengkuas
2 keping asam keping
1 batang serai
Garam, gula dan perasa secukup rasa

Cara Menyediakan
1. Bersihkan ikan.
2. Cili padi dipotong dua.
3. Bawang puteh dan bawang merah dipotong kasar.
4. Kunyit dihiris hiris.
5. Masukkan semua bahan-bahan kedalam periuk bersama ikan dan air secukupnya .
6. Rebus sehingga masak.
7. Masukkan  garam, gula dan perasa secukup rasa.

Sesuai dihidang bersama sambal belacan serta ulam ulaman

5. Masukkan semua bahan-bahan kedalam periuk bersama ikan dan air secukupnya .
6. Rebus sehingga masak.
7. Masukkan  garam, gula dan perasa secukup rasa.

Sayur Terong

Bahan-Bahan
3 biji terong saiz sederhana
1 labu bawang besar
1 biji cili merah/padi
1 ekor ikan kembong
1 kotak kecil santan
Garam, gula dan perasa secukup rasa

Cara Menyediakan
1. Bersihkan ikan, rebus kemudian asingkan isinya.
2. Terong dipotong mengikut suka masing masing.
3. Bawang besar di hiris.
4. Cili merah/padi dipotong dua dan dibelah empat.
5. Masukkan semua bahan-bahan tadi kedalam periuk bersama santan dan secawan air.
6. Masakkan sehingga terong emput.
7. Masukkan  garam, gula dan perasa secukup rasa.

Sesuai dihidang bersama sambal belacan serta ikan bakar.

Bubur Lambok Tun

Bahan-Bahan
1 cawan beras
2 ekor ikan kembung
1 ketul keledek
5 ulas bawang merah
1 cm halia
1 sudu lada hitam
1 ikat daun cekor manis
5 ranting daun kesom
8 helai daun kadak
Garam secukup rasa

Cara Menyediakan
1. Rebus beras dengan air yg banyak serta keledek, isi ayam yang di hiris halus dan garam secukup rasa.
2. Bersihkan ikan, rebus dalam periuk beras hingga masak kemudian angkat dan asingkan isinya.
3. Daun cekor manis, daun kadak, dan daun kesom dibersihkan.
4. Tumbuk lada hitam, bawang merah, halia dan isi ikan sampai lumat.
5. Apabila keledek empuk lumat bersama beras, masukkan daun cekor manis, daun kadak, daun kesom dan bahan yang ditumbuk.
7. Biarkan lapan minit dan angkat.

Nota: Pucuk midin (paku merah) boleh juga di tambah bagi memberi rasa yang lebih sedap.
